Privacy Notice
This notice describes how Applied Risk Management Limited ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts.
1. What we collect
If you fill out the contact form, we collect: your name, company, role, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs technical information such as your IP address, request time, and user agent for security and abuse prevention.
2. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up on a discovery conversation.
- To detect and prevent spam and abusive submissions (using Cloudflare Turnstile).
- To keep records of business correspondence as required by Irish law.
The legal basis is your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating a secure website.
3. Who we share it with
We use the following processors strictly to deliver this site and the contact form:
- Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting (Cloudflare Pages), CDN, and bot protection (Turnstile).
- Resend, Inc. for transactional email delivery from the contact form.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
4. How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions are retained in our email system for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and then archived or deleted in line with normal business correspondence retention. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email the address below.
6. Cookies
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived security cookie to verify the contact form submission is human; this is essential for the form to function.
7. Contact
For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email privacy@appliedriskmanagement.ie. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
